Notion Health Templates

Three templates, three different jobs: Workout Tracker logs training (Programs, Exercises, Sessions, Sets), Mood & Wellness Journal logs how each day actually felt, and Health Records & Medications keeps the logistics, medications, appointments and doctors, for everyone in the family, not just the person using the workspace.

Workout Tracker and Mood & Wellness Journal don't share data, but plenty of people run both at once since training and mood genuinely affect each other; you'd just be checking two separate dashboards rather than one combined view. Health Records & Medications is the odd one out in a good way: it's built for the whole family, with People and Doctors as their own linked databases rather than assuming a single user.

Start with Workout Tracker if training is the thing you want data on: it computes your suggested next weight and flags new PRs instead of you doing the math. Start with Mood & Wellness Journal if you want a daily pulse-check rather than a workout log; it turns a few logged inputs into a composite mood score instead of a single number you have to eyeball. Health Records & Medications is worth setting up any time you're managing medications or appointments for more than one person.

§ FAQ

FAQ

What Notion templates track health and fitness?

Workout Tracker for training (sets, suggested next weight, PRs), Mood & Wellness Journal for how each day felt, and Health Records & Medications for medications, appointments and doctors across the whole family.

Does Notion have a medication tracker?

Yes. Health Records & Medications tracks every family member's Medications, Appointments and Doctors, with a refill countdown computed from what you've logged instead of a date you have to remember on your own.

Can Notion track mood and workouts together?

Not in one template. Workout Tracker and Mood & Wellness Journal are separate systems with separate dashboards; nothing here combines a workout log and a mood score into a single view.

Is there a free Notion workout tracker?

Not a Lite version of this one specifically. The five free Lite templates are Habit Tracker, Weekly Planner, Bills & Due Dates, Reading List & Book Notes and Client CRM; Workout Tracker is only in the full $47 bundle.

Is the mood tracker a phone widget?

No. Mood & Wellness Journal is a Notion page with its own database and dashboard, not a home-screen widget. It does ship a Free-plan-friendly stand-in for a mood calendar heat-map, since Notion's Free plan doesn't support chart blocks.
